Our second day in Granada found us at the world-famous Moorish site, the Alhambra. It is amazing in so many ways – the architecture, the gardens, the intricate decorations – it is a feast for the eyes…..
So we wrap up Granada tomorrow (Wednesday) with a visit to see the cathedral where Queen Isabella is buried and a trip to the Moorish quarters. Then it’s a 3 hour train ride to Seville!
Starting to finally relax and enjoy myself – it may or may not be due to the pitchers of sangria that keep being delivered to our table at dinner!
